Nonfiction authors now have a new option for managing the editing and marketing stages of their book releases. Golden Bestseller Empire, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, launched a platform that combines AI tools with a step-by-step publishing course. The company offers this service for a one-time fee of $97, a price the founders call a Founder's Beta rate before a planned increase to $997.

The platform provides three distinct AI editors that run on the author's own API keys from services like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. The Section Editor reviews structure and flow, while the Proofread tool checks spelling and grammar. A Final Editor scans the entire manuscript for pacing and repetition without rewriting the text. Users also access more than 31 AI generators that create Amazon titles, descriptions, and keywords based on a centralized Knowledge Graph.

Gundi Gabrielle, the founder, has published more than 16 bestsellers with over 350,000 copies sold. Before her work in publishing, Gabrielle served as a conductor and concert organist. She performed at Carnegie Hall and for the pope at St. Peter's Square, according to The New York Times. Her method is featured in an Entrepreneur UK profile, which notes that professionals can move from concept to publication in as little as six weeks.

The company emphasizes author control by keeping manuscripts private and not using them to train AI models. Backups are saved directly to the author's cloud storage or computer. A Writing Coach feature offers feedback and can draft sections only upon request, using a saved sample of the author's writing voice ranging from 500 to 2,000 words. The platform states that nothing is final until the author explicitly approves it.

This tool operates within the guidelines set by Amazon KDP, which distinguishes between AI-generated and AI-assisted content. KDP requires disclosure for text created by AI tools but does not require disclosure for content that an author writes and then refines with AI help. The US Copyright Office reports that using AI to assist human creativity does not affect copyright protection for the output.

Other platforms in the market serve different needs. Jasper focuses on learning a brand's voice for marketing copy at $59 per month on a Pro plan. Atticus offers custom themes for $147 but lists no AI editing tools. Reedsy Studio provides a free writing environment with human editors, while Built&Written uses an assistant named Wren to draft books from notes for $15 per month.

Gabrielle's background includes recognition from John Hall's Inc column, which cited her use of semantic connections for marketing nonfiction. Ramesh Dontha, a student in her earlier course, won a Readers' Favorite Gold Medal for The 60 Minute Startup. The company is located at 30 N Gould St. in Sheridan and can be reached via email at contact@goldenbestseller.com.
