DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics are currently offering distinct promotional packages to attract new users to motor sports betting, according to data available as of Oct. 27. These platforms are competing for fans interested in Formula One, NASCAR, and IndyCar, with each operator structuring its incentives differently based on initial wagers.

DraftKings provides $200 in bonus bets and three months of NBA League Pass after a user places a $5 wager. FanDuel offers up to $350 in bonuses if a user bets $5 for seven consecutive days, allocating a bonus bet token for each $5 spent. Fanatics grants $350 in FanCash following a $20 wager. BetMGM takes a different approach by covering a user's first bet up to $1,500 with bonus bets if the initial bet loses, though the full amount requires a $1,500 wager. Caesars Sportsbook provides new users with up to $250 in bet reset tokens.

Prediction markets Kalshi and Polymarket also offer entry-level bonuses. Kalshi gives $55 in trading credits to new users who make an initial trade of $25 or more, though sports contracts are unavailable in Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. Polymarket offers $25 in trading credits for a $10 deposit.

Odds for the upcoming Mexico Grand Prix on Nov. 1 are currently listed at DraftKings. Max Verstappen is the favorite at +135. Andrea Kimi Antonelli follows at +170. Charles Leclerc is listed at +800 and Lewis Hamilton at +900. George Russell is the longest shot among the top five at +1600.

The racing calendar features several major events. The Indianapolis 500 is traditionally held on Memorial Day weekend. NASCAR's Crown Jewel events include the Daytona 500, the Coca-Cola 600, and the Brickyard 400. In Formula One, the Monaco Grand Prix is considered the season's biggest spectacle, while the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix typically concludes the calendar and can decide the drivers and constructors championships.

Bettors can place various types of wagers, including outright wins, top-five finishes, and dual forecasts where two drivers must finish in a specific order. Qualifying bets determine pole position and often shift race odds. Live odds are available during races, particularly for NASCAR and IndyCar, where driver positions fluctuate based on lap stages.

The racing schedule varies by series. NASCAR usually has at least one race every weekend across its multiple series. Formula One operates on a set annual calendar with occasional breaks, though junior series may fill gaps. Races typically occur on Sundays, with qualifying events held on Fridays or Saturdays.
